Unlike other reward programs, with Zetu Rewards you are free to redeem your points at a variety of establishments and not just on Zetu Deals alone. 

What is Zetu Rewards?

Zetu Rewards is a Zetu Deals customer incentive program offered by www.zetu.co.ke . A Zetu point is the loyalty point that a Zetu customer earns on making a purchase on www.zetu.co.ke . A Zetu customer can use the earned Zetu Points as a payment method for future purchase on zetu.co.ke or anywhere else nominated by the Zetu Deals team. Only registered users of zetu.co.ke can benefit from this program.

How Zetu Rewards Works

Zetu Rewards is powered by our rewards platform. With Zetu Rewards, all the payments you make on Zetu will be tracked and awarded points automatically.

How do I get started on Zetu Rewards

You are not required to sign up to start earning points. Our systems automatically accumulate points for you on every payment.

How do I earn a Zetu Point?

A Zetu customer earns Zetu Points for every completed transaction or purchase as it were. Simply enjoy the irresistible deals and leave the rest to the Zetu Deals team.

Every Ksh.100 spent on a purchase on www.zetu.co.ke  earns you 1 point. For example, if you buy an item worth Ksh.700, you will automatically earn 7 points. This rate is subject to adjustment, and you will be notified whenever we intend to do so.

How do I redeem a Zetu Point?

Details on how to redeem, the products and establishments available will be availed to you later on.

Do my Zetu Points expire?

A Zetu Point expires after a year. For instance, the Points earned on 14th February 2013, will expire on 14th February 2014. At the time of redemption, the earlier points get debited first.

How much Zetu Points do I have?

You can check how many points you have accumulated by calling our customer service executives or by writing us an email to info@zetu.co.ke. You will get an immediate response.

Can I transfer my Zetu Points?

A Zetu Point is tied to a user account at the moment and is non-transferable to any other account.
