Frascati is an Italian White Wine from the region of Frascati in Lazio, Italy. Frascati is made from Trebbiano Greece and Malvasia grapes and has Denominazione di Origine Controllata (DOC) status.

The Frascati DOC is located in the heart of the Alban Hills, south of Rome, and north of Lake Albano. The DOC allows for a minimum of 70% Malvasia (Bianca di Candia) and/or Trebbiano (Toscano), a 30% maximum of Greco and/or Malvasia (del Lazio) and a maximum of 10% other white grapes.
